此茶產於玉山海拔1400公尺茶區,高山長年雲霧籠照、日照短、日夜溫差大,茶葉兒茶素類等苦澀成份低,而茶氨酸及可溶氮等甘味成份果膠質含量較高,香氣淡雅耐沖泡,具高山茶風味與特色。採用自然農法栽種,避免農藥等有害化學物質傷害環境。

This tea is Summer harvest tea growing at 1400 meters at YuShan (Jade Mountain), the highest mountain in Taiwan. Due to the large temperature difference between day and night and the short sunshine time, tea leaves are rich in pectin and theanine, so the tea soup is sweet and no bitter at all. It tastes honey with elegant fruity aromas and draws well. It uses no chemicals like pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers, to grow or process the tea after it is harvested.

迎香凍頂烏龍茶

Ying Xiang Dong Ding Oolong Tea

迎香烏龍茶是早期為了改良在台灣大量種植的青心烏龍不抗旱性,及抗蟲害差的缺點而進行育種改良的品種,於1962年以2022為母本,父本為青心烏龍進行人工雜交,歷經選拔試驗後,於2004年1 月9日獲行政院農業委員會 (農糧字第 0930020067 號函 ) 審查通過,正式登記命名為台茶 20 號,並成為台灣首例依「植物品種及種苗法」取得「品種權」的茶樹。
此款迎香烏龍產於台灣中部南投地區。於有機農地栽種,避免農藥等有害化學物質傷害環境。
茶湯蜜黃清澈、色澤明亮,甘甜不苦澀,天然花果香四溢,尾韻帶花香喉韻強,口感溫潤滑順,回甘度佳。

Ying Xiang cultivar, known as Taiwan Tea #20,  is a cultivar bred and improved by a tea improvement farm, and it is the first tea tree in Taiwan to obtain a "variety right" in accordance with the "Plant Variety and Seedling Law".  It’s a crossbreed between Jin Xian and unknown tree with number 2022 (probably Qing Xin). 
Ying Xiang literally means: inviting aroma and it’s really right name. It has the excellent throat rhythm of Chin-Shin-Oolong, and the unique variety of orchid aroma, which is very distinctive. 
This tea is Winter harvest tea growing in the central Taiwan area (Nantou).
It uses no chemicals like pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers, to grow or process the tea after it is harvested. 
The color of tea soup is gold, and clear. Its taste is sweet and no bitter at all, with light milk note. The smell of the first two steeping is like the floral mixing with the fruit. Sipping this tea leaves a particularly moist, slightly creamy but fresh sensation in your mouth.

此款茉莉紅玉紅茶嚴選來自花壇鄉的無毒茉莉,以古法「窨花拼合」工藝,將茉莉花香的清爽明亮感與紅玉特有的濃郁香氣完美調和;入口喉韻甘甜柔順、層次豐富。

台茶18號又名「紅玉」,是台灣農委會茶業改良場魚池分場以「緬甸大葉種紅茶」為母樹與「台灣野生山茶」為父樹,而培育出的優質茶樹品種。分類上屬於大葉種茶樹,含有豐富的茶丹寧,口感甘潤醇美,除了果香外,還多了天然肉桂香及淡雅薄荷香,專家稱此獨特的香氣為「台灣香」。因其茶湯紅亮清透,所以又俗稱「紅玉」,英文名稱Ruby,意即如紅寶石般的紅茶。

The Ruby Black Tea leaves are scented with toxin-free jasmine flowers of Huatan Township many times in order to create the sensational jasmine fragrance and a delicious sweet taste. It perfectly blends the refreshing and bright essence of jasmine with the rich and distinctive aroma of Ruby Black Tea, offering a delightful and smooth taste, with layers of complexity.

佳葉龍茶是含γ-胺基丁酸(Gama-aminobutyric acid,簡稱GABA)的茶品,由日本津志田博士在1987年於國家研究機構研發並推廣。透過真空發酵「厭氧處理」的製茶技術,使茶葉中的麩胺酸轉化為GABA;每100公克的茶葉,至少需含150毫克的GABA,才能稱為GABA茶。
GABA是神經訊號傳遞抑制物質,對腦部具有安定作用,可舒緩壓力、放鬆心情。因GABA 中和茶葉中咖啡因的刺激性,相較於一般茶品,喝GABA茶較不會造成睡眠失調。
經過多次的改良與實驗,現今的GABA茶已擺脫當初的悶酸味,進化成富含柑橘果香與滑順口感的健康茶品。
GABA tea is a type of tea that contains gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It was developed and promoted by Dr. Tsushida of Japan in 1987 at a national research institution. The tea is made using a tea processing technique called "anaerobic treatment" or vacuum fermentation, which converts glutamic acid in the tea leaves into GABA. To be considered GABA tea, each 100 grams of tea leaves must contain at least 150 milligrams of GABA.
GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that has a calming effect on the brain, helping to relieve stress and promote relaxation. It counteracts the stimulating effects of caffeine in tea, making GABA tea less likely to cause sleep disturbances compared to other teas.
Through multiple improvements and experiments, GABA tea has evolved to overcome its initial sour taste and has become a healthy tea with rich citrus aromas and a smooth mouthfeel.

GABA茶

「午時茶」是農曆五月五日端午節午時(中午11點至13點)所採摘的茶菁,製成的茶葉。在春茶採收後,部分沒有成熟的茶芽留在茶樹上沒被即時採收,而完整地接受太陽的充足日照與豐潤的雨水,是老天爺賞賜才能順利採收的「限定版」。
在夏至節氣,茶樹必須為即將到來的秋冬儲備養分,因此茶葉所蘊含的茶多醣、茶果膠、有機酸、茶多酚等含量相對較高。而端午節午時是陽氣最旺之時,此時採收的茶葉因含水量較低,植物元素濃度高,且吸收強大的太陽能量,茶氣特別強勁,泡出來的茶湯喉韻飽滿、香氣濃郁、口感滑順,入口暖心暖胃。民俗上認為,喝午時茶能補陽氣、退陰氣、去小人。 
茶農在無遮蔽物的茶園裡,頂著夏季的豔陽,趕在午時的2小時內採收完畢,相當辛苦,更顯得此茶的珍貴。
The "Noon Tea" refers to tea leaves harvested on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival, during the hours of 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is made from tea buds that were not picked during the regular spring tea harvest and were left on the tea bushes to fully receive abundant sunlight and nourishing rain. This limited edition tea is considered a gift from nature.
During the summer solstice, tea bushes store nutrients for the upcoming autumn and winter. As a result, the "Noon Tea" contains relatively higher levels of tea polysaccharides, tea pectin, organic acids, and tea polyphenols. Harvesting during the Dragon Boat Festival at noon, a time of peak solar energy, results in tea leaves with lower moisture content, higher concentrations of plant elements, and powerful absorption of sunlight energy. The tea's aroma is especially robust, and its infusion offers a full-bodied and flavorful taste, leaving a warm sensation in the heart and stomach.
In local beliefs, consuming "Noon Tea" is believed to nourish Yang energy, repel Yin energy, and protect from negative influences. 
Harvesting "Noon Tea" is a labor-intensive process for tea farmers, as they work under the scorching summer sun in unshaded tea gardens to complete the harvest within the two-hour window. This dedication adds to the preciousness of this exceptional tea.

台茶18號又名「紅玉」,是台灣農委會茶業改良場魚池分場以「緬甸大葉種紅茶」為母樹與「台灣野生山茶」為父樹,而培育出的優質茶樹品種。分類上屬於大葉種茶樹,含有豐富的茶丹寧,口感甘潤醇美,除了果香外,還多了天然肉桂香及淡雅薄荷香,專家稱此獨特的香氣為「台灣香」。因其茶湯紅亮清透,所以又俗稱「紅玉」,英文名稱Ruby,意即如紅寶石般的紅茶。

台茶21號又名「紅韻」,是台灣農委會茶業改良場以中國祈門茶種與印度大葉種Kyang育種而來。經過近40年的培育,於2008年正式命名「紅韻」,有「鴻運當頭」之意。因其成長速度慢、採收期較短,產量不高,較為稀有。茶湯紅亮清透,富有柑橘花果香,清冽鮮爽,口感醇美。

Taiwan Tea No. 21, also known as "Rose Quartz Black Tea", "Red Rhyme" or "Hong Yun", is a tea cultivar bred and improved by the Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station (TRES). It is a crossbreed between the Chinese Qimen tea variety and the Indian large-leaf Kyang tea variety. After nearly 40 years of cultivation, it was officially named "紅韻" (Hong Yun) in 2008, symbolizing the arrival of good fortune. Due to its slow growth and relatively short harvest period, it has a lower yield, making it a rare and precious tea. The tea infusion is vibrant red, clear, and translucent, with a delightful aroma reminiscent of citrus blossoms and fruits. It offers a refreshing and smooth taste with a rich and mellow flavor.
